Returns & Refunds

We want you to love your petals. However, if in the unlikely event that you change your mind about your order, or you want to return your petals to us, then we accept returns received within 14 days of delivery to you. 

Unfortunately, because petals are a perishable product, we cannot accept returns outside this 14-day period.

All returned orders must be complete. We are unable to provide an exchange service. 
We offer a ‘Choose your delivery date’ service to ensure your petals look their best. Please note that if you decide to store your confetti, rather than use this service, you do so at your own risk. Pétales de Provence cannot accept responsibility for faded petals.

Cancelling your order

Our parcels are dispatched at 3pm every day. If you need to cancel your order, you can only do so before 3pm on the working day following your order.
