Love was in the air...

When I fell head over heels for a Dutch flower farmer, I had been single for 10 years and was working as an English teacher in Istanbul. To say that falling for Marcel was a surprise gives new meaning to the word ‘understatement’.

He had put down roots in France, quite literally in fact. He owned a flower farm between Avignon and Arles. Which is how, just six months after we first met, I found myself packing my bags and moving to Provence. (As you do!).

Today, our flower farm produces 7 hectares of peonies, from which I make dried peony petal confetti. And, we are thrilled to be part of your love stories…

Why choose our peony petal confetti?

Peony petals add a touch of Provençal sunshine chic to your petal paths, floral table centres, flower girl (and boy!) baskets, and throwing confetti.

Did you know that dried peony petals have more vibrant colours than roses? Their petals are also larger than other flowers, like larkspur and delphiniums, which are used to make other confetti. This means our dried peony petals look even better in wedding photos. Smile!

Peonies symbolise romance and a happy marriage. Could there be a more perfect natural confetti choice? We certainly don’t think so.
