The boss lady, the creative director, and a self-confessed peony addict. Debbie is the founder of Pétales de Provence.

Favorite peony: I love all peonies so it’s hard to choose. However, the bright, pink colour of Jules Eli is hard to resist.

Marcel is the co-founder of Pétales de Provence. He runs the peony farm.

Favorite Peony: I love Paula Fay! It’s the first peony to flower in the south of France, meaning peony season has begun.

Claire is an administrative power, and she manages all customer relations.

Favorite peony: Is there a better peony than Sarah Bernhardt for weddings? It’s a delicate and romantic detail to an already perfect day.

Keryn is a wiz in peony confetti production. From picking the flowers, to plucking their petals and drying them into confetti. No confetti is thrown without Keryn’s involvement.

Favorite peony: I love the Duchesse de Nemours for its lovely scent whilst drying.

Country: New Zealand

Rejanne is our newlywed allrounder. As Debbie’s helping hand, she is involved in everything from picking the peonies to sending samples to potential clients.

Favorite Peony: I adore the intense colour of Karl Rosenfeld. So much so that I used the Karl Rosenfeld confetti for my wedding!

You’ll find her in the shop, always ready to welcome you with a smile and share her love for peonies.

Favorite peony: Lorine doesn’t choose just one — she loves a mix! Her favourite is Vive les Mariés, a joyful blend that perfectly captures celebration, romance, and the magic of special moments.

New mama and digital marketeer Loretta is responsible for boasting all that Pétales de Provence has to offer.

Favorite peony: I love the Coral sunset for its vibrant contrast to the countryside in the South of France. They were the perfect detail to my Provence wedding.

Favorite Peony: All red peonies are my favorite as they are such a statement flower. Big, bold, and beautiful, they shout for attention and add a rich, warm, velvety concept as confetti.
